Valorie E. Jennings, Esq.
Valorie E. Jennings is a business attorney and consultant, with particular expertise in organization development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership coaching. Her client consulting engagements include work with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and niche firms, as well as with individuals who are furthering their personal and professional development. Valorie holds a BA degree with honors in Psychology from Brown University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law. She is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Integrative Psychology at Barron University, Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Jennings has earned a yellow belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Cheng Hsieh, MS
Cheng Hsieh has over 20+ years of IT architectural design and management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He is Director, eBusiness Integration of Schering-Plough Corporation (SP). He manages a team of 7 technical staff and oversees a budget of over $3.5 million per year. In addition Cheng provides strategic direction for SP in area of B2B computing & application development and advices senior IT and business management on emerging trends in B2B technologies. Cheng holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers university and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Dean Dooley was the founder of Rollercoaster Studios, New Jersey’s largest full-service production facility, known for its creative set designs and construction services for its corporate and private clients. A former record company executive, Mr. Dooley has thirty years of experience in photography, set design, lighting, and television production. From independent films to infomercials, to network broadcasts, Dean has vast experience in all aspects of media production. Althea V. Hankins, M.D., FACP
Althea V. Hankins, M.D., FACP, is a board certified physician who has received numerous awards. Included are a Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award from the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at Drexel University College of Medicine and a National Leadership Award, both in 2004, along with recognition by the Consumer Research Council of America in its 2004-2005 editions of the Guide to America’s Top Physicians. She received a Fellowship in Internal Medicine, following a presentation on cardiovascular disease for an International Conference on Women’s Health in Beijing, China. Dr. Hankins, who graduated medical school in the top ten percent of her class, earned her M.D. degree from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine and her undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit, Mercy Division. She also has a 2010 Masters in Education from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA.

Erika is a general practice attorney. She has volunteered in here community, serving as Ambassador to the AFLAC children’s Cancer Center and with American Dog project. She earned her Undergraduate degree from Seton hall and Her JD From Brooklyn Law school. She has publication credit on several editions of Prince Richardson on evidence.
Larry Chenault, MBA
Larry Chenault (Retired, volunteers only) was the Managing Partner of Chenault’s Taekwondo LLC (CTKD), which had been located in and around Randolph, New Jersey since 1985. CTKD is a New Jersey licensed Child Care Center. The Child Care Division was established in September of 2000 with the objective of creating a unique first of its kind concept and to provide a solution to the needs of a positive daycare and after school child care program for working parents. Founded by Mr. Larry Chenault, the Company has blended martial arts with daycare, after school care, summer day care and tutorial care programs. Mr. Chenault graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University (TSU). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers University. In addition, he is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with 7 National Taekwondo Champions trained, including himself (placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd).
